Nine Hats’ sister restaurant, Nine Pies Pizzeria, is located in the same space as the Tasting Room and guests are encouraged to have a glass of wine with their pizza or have some pizza with their glass of wine.

Located in the historic SODO neighborhood, the Nine Hats Tasting Room is close to West Seattle, Mercer Island, Beacon Hill, Georgetown, and of course Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park.
The tasting room offers a rotating selection of wines with something for everyone from a crisp Chardonnay to a bold Merlot. We offer tasting flights, glass pours, and bottle service. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are on hand to guide you through the tasting experience, offering insights into the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of each wine. Or, if you just want to be left alone, we can do that, too ;).
When visiting the Tasting Room, you would be remiss not to order pizza or one of the other amazing salads or appetizers on the Nine Pies menu. We can help guide pairings that you’ll love or just go for it on your own! Our wines are very food friendly and versatile.
The pizzeria takes pride in using only the freshest ingredients to create their pies, which are baked to perfection in a traditional wood-fired oven. The menu features a variety of creative and delicious pizza options, from the TRAVASI (salami, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, Mama Lil’s peppers, goat cheese, mozzarella, tomato sauce) to the vegetarian PRIMAVERA (mushrooms, black olives, roasted red pepper, red onion, Mama Lil’s peppers, herbed ricotta, mozzarella, tomato sauce).
