It’s September and we are celebrating the start of the Seahawks' season right alongside our wine club allocation season! Join us for Seahawks Sundays at the tasting room. We’ll be playing the game, serving wine, and offering specials to anyone wearing their favorite Seahawks gear. If you can’t make it into the tasting room, but still need a little game time pairing-inspiration, we’ve got you covered.

Sunday, 9/18 – Seahawks vs. Niners

As the Seahawks take on the San Francisco Forty-Niners, the go-to game time pairing calls for a little California meets Washington both on the field and in the glass. With a nod to Napa’s knack for Chardonnay, we’ll offer up our rich and regal Nine Hats Reserve Chardonnay sourced from the Yakima Valley’s French Creek and Boushey Vineyard sites.

Need a red wine that is sassy enough for some savory hot wings? Give a pour of our mighty Malbec, which also happens to offer game time versatility to whatever is coming off the grill from burgers to brats and scores extra points with stuffed cheese and bacon peppers.

Sunday, 9/25 – Falcons vs. Seahawks

As the Seahawks battle the Atlanta Falcons at Lumen Field, bust out a bottle of Nine Hats Columbia Valley Syrah in honor of Atlanta’s vibrant barbecue scene. Not only does our rich, full-bodied Syrah handle the sizzle and spice of all things barbecue but give it a swirl with fried chicken, chili or the best of buffalo wings.

Need something to pair with the heat of barbecue? Look no further than our classic Riesling built on the back of German clones and carrying that fresh, off-dry style with lower-alcohol and plenty of forward fruit (it’s also amazing with the must-have season’s side - spinach dip).

Whether you enjoy game days at our Nine Hats tasting rooms for Seahawks Sundays or catch the game at home, Nine Hats brings the best of game time pairings to you and yours this fall.
