2021 Julia's Dazzle Rosé

Fresh and lively with bright aromas and flavors of orange blossoms, strawberries and ripe melon complemented by a racy acidity that lingers across a clean, off-dry finish. Grapes from select Columbia Valley vineyards were left to hang until they developed a bright tint, then gently pressed and the clarified juice slowly fermented at cool temperatures to retain the wine's intensely vibrant aromatics and flavors.

Sourced from German clone plantings and some of the Columbia Valley’s oldest Riesling vines, this wine offers classic and distinctive Riesling character. 2020 Pinot Gris

Sourced from Headquarters Vineyard in the Yakima Valley, where a constant breeze moderates temperatures to capture fresh flavors and give the wine its vibrant mouthfeel. A light squeeze of the grapes on the press and a cool fermentation is used to enhance the Pinot Gris’ racy character. This medium-bodied Pinot Gris offers vibrant aromas and flavors of white peach, orange blossom, honeysuckle and ripe citrus that lead to a pleasantly crisp finish.

2019 Chardonnay
Elegant and inviting with vibrant aromatics of fresh jasmine, white peach and hints of baking spice. Flavors of dried apricots and quince highlight a creaminess on the palate that is well balanced by the wine’s brightness and lively character. The 2019 Nine Hats Chardonnay was sourced primarily from the Yakima Valley’s French Creek and Boushey vineyards. It is a cooler AVA that helps retain the Chardonnay’s acidity and elegance. Complex, expressive and beautifully balanced, this wine is fermented for 9 months on the lees and aged in French oak barrels, concrete eggs and stainless steel for added layers.
