1. Our wines – Nine Hats, nine wines. That’s how it all began. We craft 9 distinct Nine Hats wines plus three reserve labels in order to strut our stuff each year. Most of our wines carry ratings of 90+ points and over-deliver for the price. These are wines your friends, and your bank account, will love. From familiar favorites like Riesling, Chardonnay, Cab and Merlot to sassy Sangiovese (Italy’s darling that makes Chianti) and our just-say-spring “Julia’s Dazzle Rosé” – a delicious delight made from Pinot Gris, we are certain that we’ll be able to pour you a winning wine combo.

2. Location, Location, Location – yep, our location ROCKS! Can you get any cooler than a Downtown Seattle (SODO Urbanworks) Tasting Room. We are literally just over a mile from T-Mobile Park, Showbox SoDo and Lumen Field.

3. Pizza – Nine Pies, nine pizzas. Yes, we share a space with Nine Pies, our laid-back pizzeria serving up pizza pies and small bites. Nine Pies Pizzeria is a creative pizza bar and full-service restaurant adjoining our tasting room. Fans rave about the traditional and out-of-the-box New York-style pizza options along with pasta, salads and calzones served for lunch and dinner. All bites can, of course, be washed down with Nine Hats wine.

4. Sports – We. Are. Fans. At Nine Hats we know what it means to love your team! Whether it’s hosting big game day celebrations or giving away fantastic tickets to Seattle sports all summer long, we are cheering for THE team. Fun fact: You can enjoy Nine Hats wines at Lumen Stadium for Reign, Sounders and Seahawks games.

5. Parties – We like to party. Yep, it’s true. 8. We’re Sisters – like actually the sister winery to the acclaimed Long Shadows Vintners. If you know much about the Washington wine scene, then you know that Long Shadows is the high-end ambassador of ultra-premium Washington State wines. With award-winning labels like Pedestal, Chester Kidder, and Sequel, we are super proud of the association (and often shared fruit from the same vineyards).
