This inviting Chardonnay delivers a wonderful balance of richness and lively acidity. It offers fresh notes of kumquats and white blossom with hints of white peach and honey. The wine's complexity is heightened by the use of lees stirring which contributes yeastiness and viscosity. The 2023 Nine Hats Chardonnay was sourced from the Yakima Valley’s French Creek vineyard. The blend of these two sites combines the rich texture to the balanced bright acidity of the cooler site. This wine was fermented in French oak barrels, concrete eggs and stainless steel for added layers and aged for 9 months on the lees.

Crisp and expressive, the 2024 opens with notes of wild strawberries, white peach, and citrus zest. Hints of rose petal and watermelon add delicate complexity, while a lively acidity brings balance and a refreshing, dry finish. Pinot Gris grapes from select Columbia Valley vineyards were left to hang until they developed a bright tint, then gently pressed and the clarified juice slowly fermented at cool temperatures to retain the wine's intensely vibrant aromatics and flavors.

Known for its distinctive black-purple hue, this Columbia Valley Malbec is rich, ripe and multi-layered. We added Cabernet Sauvignon from Red Mountain AVA to provide depth, backbone and complexity. Muddled blueberry and blackberry aromatics combine with savory flavors and hints of spice. Sourced mainly from the Wahluke Slope, this wine has the structure to carry its weight throughout while softening gracefully with age. Aged 18 months in 70% neutral, 30% new oak barrels.

This Columbia Valley Merlot displays a brilliant deep dark color and classic flavors and aromas of blueberry, chocolate and ripe plum. Its rich, silky texture adds layers of complexity and balance. Hints of earthiness and dark fruit character contribute to a long-lasting finish. Sourced primarily from Weinbau Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope, this wine is vibrant and intense with added complexity from the Cabernet Franc. Aged 18 months in 70% neutral, 30% new oak barrels.

The 2021 growing season was marked by extreme heat and an historically early harvest. Smaller, more concentrated berries resulted in intense flavors of sweet spice, black olive tapenade and blueberry notes. It has wonderful complexity and is well balanced with a richly textured mid-palate and lengthy finish. Aged 18 months in 80% neutral, 20% new oak barrels. Select vineyards that exhibit beautiful structure and distinctive varietal character were chosen for the final blend. Columbia Valley Vineyards give the wine its richness and full body. Boushey Vineyard in the Yakima Valley enhances its brightness while Syrah from StoneTree Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope adds structure to the final blend. Grenache sourced from the Red Mountain AVA was added to highlight its texture and complexity.

The wine’s lively character and refined texture carry the tasting experience into a juicy finish with notes of ripe plums and nutmeg.The Sangiovese is sourced primarily from Blue Mountains Vineyard in the Walla Walla AVA which delivers the energy and red fruit while the Petit Verdot from Dionysus Vineyard adds complexity, intensity, and spice. The Cabernet Sauvignon contributes backbone to the wine. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels.

This Chardonnay offers beautiful aromas and flavors of white peaches, jasmine flowers and ripe stone fruits. A vibrant entry reveals a creaminess on the mid-palate that complements its rich character and elegant finish. Sourced from top vineyards in the Yakima Valley, the French Creek Vineyard provided texture and richness and the Boushey Vineyard its brightness and acidity. The wine was aged for ten months in 35% French concrete eggs, which contribute to its freshness and minerality. A broad mid-palate and depth in the finish can be attributed to the 65% that was aged in French oak barrels (half new, half neutral).
