2016 Reserve Cab Sauv Columbia Valley

Deep crimson in color with expressive aromatics of blackberry cobbler and oak spice. This wine displays a very rich texture and viscosity layered with flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate and sweet spices. Its vibrant character is balanced by an impressive richness that leads to a long-lasting finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, predominately sourced from the Walla Walla Valley, was blended with Petit Verdot from Dionysus Vineyard, Merlot from Weinbau Vineyard, and Syrah from Boushey Vineyard to give the wine its impressive complexity and full mid-palate. Aged 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels.
