Brut Rosé Columbia Valley

This Sparkling Brut Rosé shines a delicate blush pink with a fine, lively mousse. Aromas of white blossom rise first, followed by ripe stone fruit, wild berries, and a subtle floral lift. The palate carries soft layers of cherry, strawberry and rose water tones, balanced by vibrant acidity and a clean, mineral edge. Crafted using the traditional Méthode Champenoise, it is complex yet inviting, perfect for both casual moments and festive occasions.

The 2021 growing season was marked by extreme heat and an historically early harvest. Smaller, more concentrated berries resulted in intense flavors of sweet spice, black olive tapenade and blueberry notes. It has wonderful complexity and is well balanced with a richly textured mid-palate and lengthy finish. Aged 18 months in 80% neutral, 20% new oak barrels.       Select vineyards that exhibit beautiful structure and distinctive varietal character were chosen for the final blend. Columbia Valley Vineyards give the wine its richness and full body. Boushey Vineyard in the Yakima Valley enhances its brightness while Syrah from StoneTree Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope adds structure to the final blend. Grenache sourced from the Red Mountain AVA was added to highlight its texture and complexity.

Julia’s Dazzle Rosé

Columbia Valley
Crisp and expressive, the 2025 opens with notes of wild strawberries, white peach, and citrus zest. Hints of rose petal and watermelon add delicate complexity, while a lively acidity brings balance and a refreshing, dry finish. Pinot Gris grapes from the Horse Heaven Hills AVA were left to hang until they developed a bright tint, then gently pressed and the clarified juice slowly fermented at cool temperatures to retain the wine's intensely vibrant aromatics and flavors.
