2018 Pinot Gris Columbia Valley

Sourced from select Columbia Valley vineyards, where a constant breeze moderates temperatures to capture fresh flavors and give the wine its vibrant mouthfeel. A light squeeze of the grapes on the press and a cool fermentation is used to enhance the Pinot Gris’ racy character. This medium-bodied Pinot Gris offers vibrant aromas and flavors of white peach, orange blossom, honeysuckle and ripe citrus that lead to a pleasantly crisp finish.

Columbia Valley
Rewarding from the first taste, beautiful minerality is present on the nose with a rich mouthfeel of black raspberry, licorice and roasted coffee. A bold yet well-balanced wine, this Columbia Valley Syrah is made from select vineyards that exhibit rich and distinctive varietal character. Red Mountain’s Vineyards give the wine its structure and opulent full body. Stone Tree and Candy Mountain vineyards provide savory notes of smoked meats, tapenade and sage while the 1993 planting at Dutchman's Vineyard in the Yakima Valley enhances the brightness. Aged 18 months in 70% neutral, 30% new oak barrels.

Reserve Chardonnay

Columbia Valley
This Chardonnay offers beautiful aromas and flavors of white peaches, jasmine flowers and ripe stone fruits. A vibrant entry reveals a creaminess on the mid-palate that complements its rich character and elegant finish. Sourced from top vineyards in the Yakima Valley, the French Creek Vineyard provided texture and richness and the Boushey Vineyard its brightness and acidity. The wine was aged for ten months in 35% French concrete eggs, which contribute to its freshness and minerality. A broad mid-palate and depth in the finish can be attributed to the 65% that was aged in French oak barrels (half new, half neutral).

Julia’s Dazzle Rosé

Columbia Valley
Fresh and lively with bright aromas and flavors of orange blossoms, strawberries and ripe melon complemented by a racy acidity that lingers across a clean, off-dry finish. Grapes from select Columbia Valley vineyards were left to hang until they developed a bright tint, then gently pressed and the clarified juice slowly fermented at cool temperatures to retain the wine's intensely vibrant aromatics and flavors.
